Welcome to a gentle, supportive movement and wellbeing journey designed for women aged 40 and over who want to maintain mobility, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies as they age.

This 8-week program combines stretching for mobility and flexibility, mindful movement, and simple meditation tools to support mental and emotional wellbeing. It is not about pushing harder or achieving perfect poses — it’s about learning how to move wisely, reduce stiffness, and create sustainable practices that support you long-term.

You can choose the option that suits your lifestyle:

  • Online participation, with access to pre-recorded movement and meditation videos, downloadable PDF resources, and live Zoom sessions for guidance and connection.

  • In-person sessions, held outdoors in Camden and Leppington, NSW, where we gather for one hour each week to move gently, reflect, and connect in a supportive group environment or one on one.

Throughout the program, you’ll be guided to:

  • Improve and maintain mobility and flexibility

  • Develop simple practices to support emotional balance and mental clarity

  • Build a consistent, realistic self-care routine

  • Feel supported through shared experience and community

This program is suitable for beginners and those returning to movement after a break. You don’t need prior yoga experience — just a willingness to care for yourself in a calm, welcoming space.
