At Sacred Revival, I help women aged 40 and over maintain and rebuild mobility, flexibility, and strength — so you can continue to move freely, feel confident in your body, and age with vitality rather than limitation.
Through gentle stretching, mindful movement, meditation, and supportive community, Sacred Revival offers a calm, welcoming space to care for your body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.

Meet Diane Haines
​
I’m Diane Haines — a yoga teacher, guide, and passionate advocate for helping women 40 and over maintain mobility, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies as they age.
​
My own journey has shown me that movement isn’t just about exercise — it’s about staying connected to your body, supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing, and learning how to move through life with greater ease and resilience.
​
Through gentle stretching, mobility-focused movement, meditation, and mindful practices, I support women who are:​

Feeling stiff, tight, or less flexible than they once were

Navigating emotional or mental challenges

Seeking calm, grounding tools they can use in everyday life

Wanting a supportive space without pressure or expectations

My classes and retreats are welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or “good at yoga” — you simply need to be open to caring for yourself.
