Wisdom Weekend - Overnight Retreat

Wisdom Weekend, a gentle overnight retreat, beginning Saturday afternoon and closing Sunday morning is an intimate Sacred Revival retreat created for women who feel called to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves in a deeply nourishing way.

This weekend is not about fixing, striving, or becoming someone new. It is an invitation to return to what already lives within you, your inner wisdom, your body’s natural rhythm, and your connection to something greater than yourself.

Across the weekend, you will be guided through gentle yoga/stretching, breathwork, meditation, women’s circle, educational workshop, sound Journey, and moments of quiet reflection. Each experience is offered with care, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to move and rest in ways that feel safe and supportive.
